Today we are overwhelmed by an avalanche of digital opportunities. While the benefits of data-driven decisions and advanced automation have been proven, the abundance of possibilities makes it very difficult for our companies and organizations to identify and scale the right investments within the digital domain. It is therefore my conviction that investments in digital transformation should be fully aligned with the company's vision, values, objectives and strategy and should be translated into a clear digital transformation roadmap for the short and medium term. Architecture and governance must be designed and built to implement and manage digital support as efficiently as possible. This requires companies to collaborate carefully with their ecosystem of partners and suppliers to bring together the right competencies and tools. With 4S Management Consulting I want to contribute to the composition of these ecosystems and provide companies with the right mix of competencies and platforms that are needed in the field of operational and industrial digitization while remaining trough to my personal values: Sustainable, Secure, Synergistic & Straightforward. Bases on my years of experience as a consultant within the domain of Digital Operations and Product and Service Design, I know where the pain points lie and I know which organizational models, frameworks and architectures can be used as a base. However, my experience also teaches me that magic formulas do not exist and that digital transformation is intensive and demands a lot from the organization. That is why a company-specific approach based on the understanding of the organization is a key ingredient for success.
