Blankedale is a sheltered workshop that employs more than 700 people.
It was founded in 1965.
A wide range of activities,
* Repacking / Co-packing department :
- In automotive (windscreen wipers/spare parts). ISO9001 certified.
- In FMCG (mostly detergents, cosmetics, but also batteries, ……)
- In food (beer, sugar, chocolates,frozen products.. ) BRC & BIO certified
(cold storage: 1 000 pallets at -22 °C)
- Shrink wrapping, horizontal and vertical flowpack, carton, blister-packs, setting up and filling of displays.
- Cartoning machines (Schut/Clicklock)
- Also sorting / checking / … of products, and all kinds of manual work.
- Solid warehouse management. (SAP WM) (8500 pallets ambient)
* Woodwork department: ISO 9001certified
- Making crates and pallets.
- Producing wooden displays, (and display prototypes)
- All sorts of contract woodworking
- FSC, and ISPM 15 certified.
* Assembly department :
All kinds of assembly work : Windscreen wipers (ISO9001), Cable trees, car mirrors, ….
* Other departments : bookbindery, green service, ..
* Goods can be picked up and delivered by our own transport service.
