502 Power Yoga

Our goal at 502 Power Yoga is to empower people to transform their bodies, minds, lives, and communities one pose at a time. We offer 60+ weekly classes at our studios in Louisville and Jeffersonville which will torch calories, strengthen your muscles, and clear your mind. The dynamic mix of athleticism and spirit that is cultivated in each class will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, unlock your hidden potential, and live your own extraordinary life. 502 Power Yoga was founded in 2014 by Louisville native, Cat Scott, and Sarah Smith, who moved to Louisville in July 2013. Through partnership, a joint love for Baptiste Power Yoga, and a willingness to be up to something brand new, Cat and Sarah built the only studio in the state of Kentucky dedicated to teaching the Baptiste Method. In 2017, 502PY expanded into Southern Indiana.
