His leadership, characterized by organization, effective delegation, strong communication, and a commitment to petitioning and praising God, is the model we strive to emulate. Nehemiah’s dedication to celebrating successes and advocating for those in need reflects the qualities we bring to our work. How We Do It: We identify gaps, determine necessary resources, thoroughly vet potential partners, make meaningful connections, provide essential resources, monitor progress, and offer ongoing encouragement and support.
