- Canadian Citizenship preparation classes
- Public Awareness and Education about multi-culturalism
- Settlement Support in School
- Settlement Support in Libraries
- Translation and Interpretation
- Immigrant Men and Women Support Groups
- Newcomer Connections Volunteer Program
- Employer Engagement Program
Services are provided by 60 qualified staff and more than 300 dedicated and highly appreciated volunteers.
