𝟱𝟰 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮. We’re proudly part of the Save the Children Australia group, and our name represents our foundations and what drives us today: the 54 articles in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We champion all of these rights in our work, with a clear focus on three strategic priorities: supporting children & young people‘s social & emotional development in regions affected by shared adversity or disaster; ensuring children experiencing domestic and family violence are visible and supported as clients in their own right; and advocating and demonstrating the value of a rights-respecting youth justice system. We support more than 25,000 children and families through 35+ outcome-driven services in all states and the NT, and we’re lifting a national conversation on child rights to change hearts, minds and systems.
