6ft From The Spotlight

6ft From The Spotlight is dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in the film and television industry. Our mission is to create positive working environments by integrating best working practices, mentally healthy approaches and training into production processes. We provide several key services: WellBeing Facilitators – This role works closely with producers and crew to support everyone in the creation of a mentally healthy production. Our 6ft From WBFs are trained to a high standard and are fully supported by the organisation. Training Programs - to address specific leadership, management, welfare and mental health challenges. Consultancy Services - to support companies to develop and implement best practice productions, to troubleshoot high level challenges and work with leadership teams to resolve issues.
