7PK - Social Mobility and EDI

Combining an approach that works on the Individual, Opportunity and System simultaneously, our work engages and empowers disadvantaged communities to ensure that not only can opportunities be made available to the less privileged, but the likelihood of them sustaining positive social mobility for themselves and their peers is increased. 7PK is dedicated to providing people from disadvantaged backgrounds with increased access to opportunities, networks and experiences that are a norm for their more affluent peers in order for them to be in control of their own social mobility. Working with charities, social enterprises and commercial companies to design programmes, deliver expert training and develop robust strategies, we transform an organisation’s Youth and Community Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and Acquisition and Development of Talent.
