TRIUMPH (Tackling Racism and Inequality with Underrepresented and Marginalised People Honestly) is an action group made up of organisations and colleagues from the youth sector in the UK that are committed to tackling the systemic inequities that still exist in our beloved sector – with a core focus on racial inequality.
Made up of colleagues from UK Youth, the Institute for Youth Work, Think Forward, Young Devon, Local Champions, 7PK and more, we are progressing the youth sector through Awareness Raising, Analysis and Active Facilitation to diversify leadership, develop a standard of anti-racist practise that leads to a broader approach anti-oppression and ensure organisations are equipped to take ownership over their EDI journey.
