Our CEO has 37 years in the Heavy Civil industry starting out as a Laborer and retiring as a Sr. Project Manager. Each of our 7Ten Recruiting Professionals have careers in roles such as Foreman, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. This gives us a unique ability to interview candidates at a higher level. We meet with our candidates to get to know them, their strengths, and weaknesses within the industry. It is one thing to use the words “culture and future” when advertising a position, but it is another to have actual experience with the client company and their managers to locate the “best fit” for a new candidate. We aim to be the recruiting firm known for presenting the absolute best Heavy Civil Construction Management personnel in the business by thoroughly and technically vetting each candidate specifically for the industry discipline required by the client.
