HCI is a company operated and backed by Chris Heidbreder who in 2010 received his Construction Management Degree from Colorado State University. This granted him vast employment opportunities allowing Chris to hold all field level positions and titles with many reputable and well-known National General Contracting giants. Chris’s experience includes various projects of all types ranging from small to large; commercial, residential, medical, public-works and heavy civil. His technical skills and aptitude were further refined not just by the structures he built but also by the project delivery methods, services and business relationships. In 2015 Chris decided to obtain his professional CA B-General Contractors License to stand out among his peers and management. All this allows Chris and his small business the capacity to provide full-range service at every step from project conception, pre-construction to project completion and close-out.
HCI’s purpose is to build relationships by establishing ourself as a trusted & professional focusing on on client expectations. We started out as a builder first and will always hold true to that.
