A.H.Field Properties is the trading name for the A.H.Field Group of Companies - a housing, construction, investment and property lettings company with a long established family history spanning over 80 years. Founded in the 1930's originally as house furnishers, the company expanded in the 1950's into the property construction and sales and lettings markets. The company then known as A.H.Field & Partners established itself as a market leader and household name for selling and renting houses and apartments in the West Midlands, focusing on Birmingham where the company has always had its Head Office and where its management team is based. A.H.Field have concentrated on the residential lettings market with its purpose blocks of flats and newly constructed homes acquired from mainstream builders and prides itself on being one of the largest private landlords in the Second City of Birmingham. A range of studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments (all furnished) are available. Over recent years, A.H.Field has successfully expanded into the student lettings market and has a number of purpose built furnished accommodation within a stone's throw of The University of Birmingham.
