NAPCA is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation that is headquartered in Seattle with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC. Since 1979, NAPCA has has been serving Asian American, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) older adults nationally through employment training, healthy aging programs, technical assistance with the National Resource Center on AANHPI aging and operating the national toll-free Helpline, which provides in-language assistance and referrals on Medicare Part D and other benefits in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, and English.
