Aarogya Nepal is a nonprofit incorporated under Nepalese law with a mission to ensure equitable access to healthcare in the underserved communities of Nepal. We firmly believe that quality medical care is a fundamental human right, and we are committed to making it available to all.
Our primary focus is on holding free health camps in the rural and remote areas of Nepal where access to healthcare is limited. Through these health camps, we provide a range of services such as basic diagnostic screening, provision of free medicine, and even surgical interventions to treat the illnesses. In continuation, we closely work with local healthcare providers to ensure that follow-up care is available for those in need.
We also place a strong emphasis on preventive and promotive aspects of healthcare by consistently organizing awareness campaigns and workshops that cover a wide range of diseases and other health-related concerns, with the goal of enhancing health literacy and understanding, particularly among the rural population.
