🎯 Our 1.75 mm filaments are manufactured with a typical diameter tolerance of ±0.01 mm and a maximum deviation of ±0.019 mm, ensuring excellent ovality measured across three axes.

All production takes place on a unique, custom-built extrusion line, designed to ensure:

✅ Consistent mechanical properties in every layer of your print thanks to optimal material homogeneity

✅ Advanced materials with special properties – for example, white opaque PETG+ (fully opaque at 0.8 mm wall thickness)
♻️ Sustainability matters – ABAFLEX filaments are available on fully recyclable cardboard spools or as spool-less refill coils for eco-conscious printing.
