Angelika Breukers

Angelika has been able to help many people with a wide range of physical, emotional and stress-related conditions. Her capacity to help people has been gained through powerful insights as a result of her own life challenges. These insights have enabled her to inspire and motivate other people to view themselves and their own experiences from a different perspective. This means they can adopt a new outlook on their situation which frees them up to take positive steps and change it for the better. Angelika gained these insights as a result of her childhood, during which she experienced some serious challenges. Her story is one of isolation, manipulation and exploitation. This left her with an overwhelming sense of having no real place in the world. As a result, many of her life choices were influenced by a lack of self- worth and low self-esteem. These, in turn, led her into further experiences of disappointment, despair and even destitution. However, it was through these experiences that Angelika began to develop an inner strength and determination. She also looked for external sources of guidance and inspiration. Over the years she learned to accept and process her past, choosing to release her limiting beliefs. Today, she approaches life positively, passionately and with a sense of purpose. Now she finally feels, as she says, “Free to be me” and wants to give to others the hope and encouragement that there is a way to change their lives for the better through public speaking, workshops and mentoring.
