Too many women feel stuck in survival mode, held back by past trauma, self-doubt, and barriers that make healing seem impossible. Access to life-changing support shouldn't depend on financial status. That’s why Changing Life CIC was founded by Angelika Breukers, a trauma-informed coach and empowerment specialist. We support women who are unemployed or on low incomes, many of whom have faced domestic violence, overwhelming life challenges, or systemic barriers that make recovery difficult. You do not need to have experienced trauma to benefit from our services. Some women don’t realise how much past experiences have shaped them, and we are here to support anyone who feels stuck, uncertain, or in need of guidance. Our Mission We provide accessible trauma recovery and personal empowerment to those who need it most. Clients are referred to us through the Job Centre and other partner organisations.
