At Abluo, we seek the industrial development and production of copper nanoparticles with antimicrobial and antiviral action. We are a Spin-off of Cecil Corporation, and we were born as a Startup Health Tech. In an innovative, disruptive and revolutionary initiative we are constantly developing copper nanoparticles and their applications. With a focus on single health, we contribute to great advances in the areas of construction, automotive industries, transportation, among others. With the support of the Cecil Corporation, the Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas (IPT) and Embrapii, we are pioneers in the research of metallic copper nanoparticles through the NanoCobre project. MISSION: Develop solutions for single health through the application of nano structures and new technologies based on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. VISION: To be recognized as a provider of innovative and customized solutions for single health. APPLICATIONS: Copper nanoparticles can be incorporated into various products such as coatings, fabrics, paints, resins and polymers, among many others. The multiplicity of applications opens up a huge range of opportunities for the participation of partner companies. In agriculture, in addition to its direct action in pathogen control, copper is also an important micronutrient for plants, playing a critical role in defense barriers and disease resistance. In livestock, it can also be applied in animal nutrition, increasing the bioavailability of this metal, in addition to avoiding and/or reducing cross-contamination in herds and also for humans. Recently, copper gained the spotlight during the pandemic due to its ability and speed of inactivation of the new Coronavirus. In its nanometric form, copper has its biocide activity enhanced, besides allowing its strategic incorporation in different materials, matrices and environments. The possibilities are endless and we will always seek to create sustainable solutions!
