Crowned as ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2022 Suffolk Business Awards, Access Community Trust is a respected regional charity, with nearing 50 years of dedicated experience in delivering wraparound support across key themes that include Health and Wellbeing, Supported Accommodation, Employment, Enrichment and Social Enterprise. With a dedicated and engaged workforce of over 200+ employees, Access’ service offering continues to grow to meet the needs of the individuals and communities it surrounds. Today it provides charitable provisions across Suffolk and Norfolk from over 30 hubs within the counties, which includes a housing portfolio with a daily capacity of 300 beds, a growing chain of high street mental health crisis cafés (STEAM) and a number of strategically based community hubs that bolster the building of resilient and connected communities in some of our region’s most deprived and vulnerable localities. Success within the not-for-profit sector is judged upon results and this can only be achieved by a robust team or as we like to call it ‘work family’ of employees and volunteers that are truly invested in making a real difference and positive change within their role.
