Our Founder established Accessible Creates following extensive experience in Human Resources, where they identified a strong commitment to enhancing accessibility and inclusivity within the field. The goal is to ensure that all types of employees feel valued and included in the workplace. Numerous barriers persist within organizational environments, spanning from the hiring process to the overarching culture, particularly concerning Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Accessibility, Belonging, and Neurodiversity/Neuro-inclusion. We are dedicated to supporting organizations in the effort to eliminate these barriers. We engage in speaking engagements at events and organizations, in addition to offering consulting, training, and coaching services to individuals and companies, focusing on how to approach these initiatives through an intersectional lens.
