Why InHeartSight? We believe lasting change begins from within, starting from the wisdom of the heart (rooted in courage, compassion, and collaboration). And from there, we transform how we lead, relate, and create impact in our teams, organizations, communities, and the planet. Why Community? We are a network of consultants, coaches, creatives, educators, and facilitators with diverse experiences and expertise related to the development and well-being of organizations and the people within them. And we believe that intentional conversations and collaboration guided by courage and compassion can lead to meaningful and sustainable change and impact. OUR MISSION * To promote and support the leadership and well-being of Global Majority women. * To create supportive spaces and facilitate meaningful conversations that cultivate transformative skills for inner development, leadership, and social impact of heart-centered leaders, founders, advocates, changemakers, and their teams. * To contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals—particularly SDG3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG5 (Gender Equality), SDG8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through partnerships and collaborations with individuals and organizations who are committed to the leadership development and well-being of Global Majority women-- especially those who are working in the fields of awareness-based system change and sustainable development.
