Electrostatic Systems:
-Antistatic bars with 24V technology, even with ATEX certification and UL marking.
-The patented ESA 24V electrostatic assistance system for rotogravure, both top loading and direct charging versions, for an excellent printing quality. This is one of the flagship products of the company.
Dust Removal Solutions:
-Cleaning systems, both contact and contactless, for a complete removal of dust and fibers from the surface of different materials; the combination of one or more patent-pending HS cleaning heads with MEA-X technology, combined with the filtering unit, improve the performance in absence of machine downtimes.
-The patented Cut Cleaner system installed on the cutting unit, for the elimination of problems caused by the generated dust and a consequent noticeable increase of knives’ life and efficiency.
