Build and lead a team of 6-15, establish our internal and external brand. * Provide expert thought leadership, partner with business leaders and the team on content strategies, emerging skills, competencies, and alignment. * Design and deliver foundational onboarding. * Partner to ensure the effective, efficient, talent retention, attraction, and performance. * Identify and manage external L&D vendors, partners, and sponsorships. * Conduct regular needs assessments to identify mission critical and business development requirements, with awareness of external talent pipeline trends and emerging trends. * Ensure an ongoing awareness of industry-standard processes. * Ensure company’s giving portfolio is aligned.
