We are a UK-based mental health and wellbeing charity founded in 2007 with a mission to improve the lives of children and young people aged 11-25 who have experienced trauma, abuse and grief, or face isolation and marginalisation as a result of school exclusion. We’ve since evolved to exclusively support those from BAME backgrounds due to the barriers this group faces in accessing mainstream mental health services. We provide counselling and mentoring services, customised to meet the needs and capabilities of the individual service user and their family and adapted to suit the individual home, school, and community environments. Our services are also culturally appropriate, matching counsellors and service users based on ethnicity.
