I hold a Diploma in Humanistic psychotherapeutic counselling. Currently, I am pursuing my MSc in Psychotherapy and full UKCP accreditation. As a Humanistic practitioner, I create a secure, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for my clients, facilitating their exploration of their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. My role involves active listening, empathetic understanding, and reflective feedback to support the therapeutic relationship as a nurturing space for their healing journey. I listen to a client’s life experiences from diverse viewpoints and provide them with a range of targeted therapeutic interventions to enhance their self-awareness and comprehension of their experiences and their impact on their lives. I work with individuals over the age of 18, who experience a wide range of issues such as childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger and self harm. With extensive experience in the NHS and various mental health organisations, I have supported clients with early childhood trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), depression, anxiety disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My therapeutic services are available both in-person and online via Zoom in both English and German languages
