ACT Oxford

ACT is a community of support for people rebuilding their lives after prison or street homelessness. Many of our small staff team and 65+ local volunteers have lived experience of the challenges people are facing. Through street and prison outreach, meals, mentoring and housing in 11 properties across Oxford, we give people the specialised support they need to get back on track after some of life's toughest experiences. ACT member Michael says, 'ACT invited me in – just pulled me into the family. They showed me such open arms and such love. It was like they were waiting.'
