Activate Action is a youth-led for-impact organization that empowers young people as changemakers addressing the root causes of inequality, HIV stigma, gender injustice, and disability exclusion. Based in Homa Bay, Kenya, we deliver community-powered solutions that center health, dignity, and inclusion. Vision A just and inclusive society where young people and women, regardless of health status, gender, or ability, thrive in health and well-being, free from stigma and inequality. Mission To improve health outcomes for young people and women through equitable access to healthcare, SRHR education, HIV prevention, mental health support, and economic empowerment. What We Do - SRHR & Menstrual Health: Equipping youth with accurate information and access to services. -HIV Prevention: Promoting PrEP, PEP, and stigma-free care. - Mental Health Support: Offering school and community-based psychosocial care. - Disability Inclusion: Ensuring access and participation for youth with disabilities. - Economic Empowerment: Training women and youth in entrepreneurship. - Youth Leadership: Building advocates for policy and community change. - Emergency Response: Supporting vulnerable youth during crises. Impact Snapshot - 500+ youth living with HIV and disabilities now manage stigma and stress better and engage in leadership and advocacy. - 191+ young women launched sustainable businesses, becoming financially independent. - 50+ teenage mothers returned to school, reducing vulnerability to repeat pregnancy and early marriage. -20,000+ young people now make safer, informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health each year. - 5,000+ girls attend monthly school with confidence thanks to access to reusable sanitary pads Activate Action partners with communities to create lasting change led by youth, powered by inclusion
