Philawell is building the bridge to a better life in Madagascar one well at a time. Our vision is for all 52 villages to have a well that will allow access to CLEAN and SAFE drinking water. Our mission is to provide clean water, clothes, toiletries, flip flops, and school supplies to the Antadroy people of Madagascar.
