Analog Devices Employees and Community Multipurpose Cooperative

ADEMC is a registered large-scale multipurpose cooperative primarily engaged in lending and savings operations, with area of operation in the City of General Trias, Cavite. As an institution-based organization, this cooperative is proudly established as an autonomous and self-help organization controlled by its members, coming from the diverse employees of Analog Devices Inc. (ADI). ADEMC holds the distinction of being the first cooperative in the island of Luzon to achieve FOCCUS Certification awarded by Model Cooperative Network (MCN) at the Ritz Hotel, Davao City last September 28, 2019. What is more remarkable is the fact that ADEMC were able to attain both Silver and Gold levels of certification at once. FOCCUS is an acronym for Finance Organizations achieving Certified Credit Union Standards. Certified FOCCUS cooperatives are coops that have achieved and maintained the international Prudential Standards for safe, sound and sustainable cooperative business organization.
