This is why we are vertically integrated with the Adept family of companies. This collaboration allows us to identify development opportunities that might otherwise be missed, and ensures that design and construction are of the highest quality. We are comfortable at all scales, and our focus is on high-density, transit-oriented projects. Over the past 30 years, our three entities have designed, constructed, and developed dozens of projects across the greater Los Angeles region, earning us a reputation as local sharpshooters. We understand architecture to be a tool that can bring people together, enhance productivity, and foster rest and relaxation. Preserving when there is precedence, building new when appropriate, we examine each site to generate a specific design which connects with the neighborhood while looking to the future.
