ADH Development Consulting is a boutique consulting firm based in Suva, Fiji, founded by Andy Hunter. We specialise in strategic advisory, program evaluation, and implementation support across economic development, market systems, resilience and inclusive livelihoods programming. Drawing on a wide network of associates and technical specialists, ADH offers tailored and culturally informed services with a strong grounding in GEDSI principles and climate-resilient development. Working with ADH means engaging with over 20 years of experience across the Pacific, Asia, Middle East and Africa, with significant long term in-country expertise in a range of locations. In the Pacific, this includes technical support to DFAT/MFAT-funded initiatives such as PHAMA Plus, MDF, PRISMA and Strongim Bisnis, as well as a range of tailored services to NGO implemented EU, DFAT, MFAT and USAID funded programs. Globally, we have led and contributed to extensive market systems resilience assessments, designs, implementation support and GEDSI-responsive evaluations for USAID, DFAT, MFAT, and UN agencies.
