We are a not for profit organisation working with young people and communities in the lower part of the South Island.
We offer a range of services which aim to support young people with the challenges they are facing to their wellbeing and mental health. This includes evidence-based strategies and approaches to substance use, anxiety, depression and trauma. All of our services are free for young people and their whanau.
Our team is made up of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, NZAC registered Counsellors, DAPAANZ registered Alcohol and other Drugs Practitioners, Community Support Workers and Wellbeing Coaches.
