About me: I am a graduate of the International ADHD Coach Training Center, one of the few recognised academies that specialises in teaching ADHD coaching. I am also accredited and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner in ADHD at Psychiatry UK. I have always been driven to help those with additional challenges and began my career as a music teacher for children with special needs; later qualifying and working as a Music Therapist. My life was changed with the realisation that my two adult children and husband all had ADHD. Suddenly my family world made sense to me and I gained an acute awareness and insight into the enormous challenges this invisible condition can present. This inspired me to re-train as an ADHD Coach. Training to be a Certified ADHD coach changed my perspective, my behaviour and my world. I began the rigorous ADHD Coach training course imagining that I would be learning strategies to teach to my family and gaining additional resources for the children I worked with. But there was so much more to learn. I completed the course with a new knowledge and understanding that had been unimaginable when I started. And so, what began as an attempt to help my loved ones became my mission. I witnessed first hand how much better life could be given the right treatment. My passion is guiding those with ADHD to find their own unique way forward that unleashes their potential. Empathy, care and client empowerment are central to my approach as an ADHD coach. It is a privilege to partner with my clients and play a pivotal role in increasing their life satisfaction. I am dedicated to continuous professional development and am proud to have Cameron Gott as my ADHD Coach Mentor.
