Based in Melbourne, AAC delivers responsive, culturally intelligent, and high-impact NDIS services with a focus on children, teens, and multicultural families. Our in-house support coordination is structured for continuity, plan optimisation, and strategic system navigation - often offered at no cost where it makes sense and limited funding to optimize our services.
