Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc.'s, was founded in 1998 by William G. Reidy, P.E. after having worked with several large engineering firms. For nine years prior to forming Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc. (AED), Mr. Reidy served as Principal Engineer at Montgomery Watson, Inc., a recognized international leader in Water and Wastewater design-related projects. Mr. Reidy served as a National Product Line Leader in Civil Stormwater, Lift Station and Large Diameter Pipeline designs.
With an extensive level of experience in providing engineering services to governmental entities, Mr. Reidy continued to serve Tampa Bay municipalities even as a small start-up organization. Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc. was able to offer “big company” capabilities and expertise to local cities in a more economical and client-focused manner. This remains a core philosophy to this day and has resulted in strong and diverse design portfolio. AED has maintained numerous long-term relationships with Tampa Bay governments.
