Since its creation in Paris in 1988, the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (the AEDBF), a French association, has set itself the objective of creating a European network of professionals specializing in the legal aspects of banking, finance and stock market activities.
Over the years, the AEDBF has worked to develop national committees, some of which have in turn been transformed into associations, aiming to create a single network of correspondents conducive to exchanges between all its members.
To give impetus to this approach, the AEDBF Europe functions, as the "umbrella" association of this network, distinguished by its member national associations, which are not limited to the countries of the European Union.
