OUR PROMISE
All of our equipment meets stringent EU legislation and comes with a full 12-months no quibble warranty. All replacement parts for our machines are stocked locally, to ensure fast shipping and to prevent long overseas delays.
Everyone who purchases from us will be assigned a customer account manager who they can contact direct, with any queries, questions or concerns. In addition, all our customers have access to a 24/hour UK based emergency helpline which they can call should they encounter any difficulties.
Depending upon the contract enlisted, we will repair, replace or refurbish any machines purchased from us and should your equipment be under our maintenance contract then we will loan a temporary machine, whilst yours is being upgraded or repaired to ensure minimal disruptionto the business.
