Affordable House Co. (AHC) is a closed placement company and one of Abdullah Mohammed bin Saedan and Sons Real Estate Group, which has been in Saudi real estate market since 1934. Affordable House Co. was established to keep pace through its projects with the spirit of the times and development, committed to precision planning and excellence in performance. The idea of establishing the company came after the agreement concluded between Bin Saedan Real Estate Group and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals resulting in establishment of a professional research chair in May 2003 at the department of Urban & Regional Planning at the university in order to conduct research, planning and relevant mechanisms. This reveals the birth of a new dawn for the real estate market based on an entirely different economic mechanism aiming at solving the problems encountering affordable housing in Saudi Arabia. Then Affordable House Company was established in mid-2007, so that the idea would be applied on the ground and be a distinguished model that serves the people of the Kingdom, and a reality that reminds of the advance planning of every project that is established.
