AFMESI is a pan-African, non-governmental Organisation (NGO) that was established nearly eight years ago to support the protection and restoration of marine ecosystems (including rivers, wetlands and so on) and the development of the Blue Economy sectors across the African continent. Our Organization has continued to build knowledge and catalyse pan- African and international collaborations, both Organisational and Academic, to protect and restore Africa’s marine ecosystems, to ensure a fit-for-purpose environment on which Blue Economy can adequately thrive. AFMESI has become a trusted global brand to partner with when it comes to Blue, Green, and Circular Economy implementation amongst the Industry, the Academia, and Regulators.
