Ronchick’ s career started at NY Presbyterian/Cornell Medical Center where he spent 8 years at this nationally renowned Academic Medical Center. Utilizing his clinical experiences, he transformed into the business of Healthcare advancing to the VP level at Philips Healthcare, a world renowned leader in the development of high-tech medical devices and solutions. Known as a strategic planner, with high attention to detail, and an impeccable track record of always exceeding team goals and objectives across his entire career. Successfully leading various sales organizations over 33+ years at a publicly traded $20B corporation, is testament to his leadership skills, tenacity, and problem solving skills. After leading a 200 person sales team as VP Sales, with an annual quota of $1B, in seven regions across the USA, Ronchick then moved to negotiating and managing the highest value contracts at Philips, with annual contract revenue exceeding $2.7B. In this leadership position, Ronchick built a 40 person Inside Sales Team that proved successful in lowering the cost of sales, and enhancing the success and productivity of the direct sales force at Philips. Simultaneous to building the Inside Sales Team, Ronchick expanded expanded the Alternate Channels sales structure by adding distributors and dealers to cover remote geographies, and smaller accounts.
