They often do the exact opposite of what traditional sales training teaches, and prove that being a good person and good salesperson are not mutually exclusive.

► WORKSHOPS & TRAINING. If you're looking for yet another typical training that teaches salespeople tricks to “build rapport,” “handle objections,” or “ask for the close,” we’re not your guys. We take a mindset-forward approach to selling that focuses on emotional intelligence and authenticity to create a sales culture - and tangible sales growth - you can be proud of.
► SPEAKING. As speakers, we have entertained, educated, and motivated audiences at corporate events (sales kickoffs, offsites, strategy sessions), seminars (The Sales Shift), and universities (USC, UCLA, UC Irvine, Chapman, Copenhagen Business School, Cal State Fullerton). Topics include sales mindset, emotional intelligence & sales, purpose-driven selling, sales culture, and many others.
► TEACHING. As adjunct professors of entrepreneurship at USC’s Marshall School of Business, we teach “Sales Mindset for Entrepreneurs,” the only sales mindset class offered at any major university. This gives us the opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation of sales leaders.
