He moved 80% of his workforce offshore, thus saving his company millions while maintaining productivity and quality. This success led him to start a company to replicate this for firms. Now, after 14 years in the industry, he has first-hand knowledge in how to avoid the pitfalls of outsourcing and how to make a successful foray into the world of remote staffing. In 2025, we began offering AI +Human automation model for healthcare organizations, specifically for back office and administrative work. We deploy AI agents coded to business task rules of our healthcare clients, paired with +Human agents for oversight.
