Agility HR Solutions is a woman owned and operated boutique consulting firm. Stacy Soberalski is an internationally experienced Human Resources Executive and Entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, who utilizes significant real life experiences, along with “gut instinct” to move organizations to the next level. Described as a true business & thought partner that is trusted, authentic, and resilient. Spending her career within high profile, global organizations such as Google (US and EMEA based), MTV Networks, Tribune Company and Omnicom Media Group, Stacy has experience in all facets of HR. Her background consists of proven experience in the areas of: Change and organizational management, human capital strategy and implementation, employee development, talent acquisition, outsourcing, immigration and employment law, ED&I, coaching, training, and mergers and acquisitions. Since starting her HR consultancy, some of Stacy’s notable or ongoing clients include: Takeout, Smart Sparrow, Swarm64, AmpersandPeople, Inspire Human Resources, Zunum Aero, Room 77/CheckMate, Constellation Brands, Fetzer Vineyards/Concha y Toro, ChemoCentryx, Oncopeptides, Scalyr, Grosvenor Americas, and more. As a part of her educational foundation, Stacy holds a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago Jane Addams College of Social Work. Philanthropy is also a key element to who Stacy is. An avid volunteer and advisory council member with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Stacy has been a part of raising over $10 million for the hospital via events in NYC and Napa. She is a Board Member of the Teacher Resource Center of the North Bay. Beginning in 2014, Stacy joined the Development/Advisory Committee for Aldea Children and Family Services. She is also a professional advisor at DePaul University.
