We act as counsel in international arbitrations and other international disputes, as advisors to international organizations and international NGOs, as counsel before Canadian courts in cross-border cases, and as independent arbitrators. We represent and advise clients in cross-border disputes at all stages, from proactive dispute avoidance to vigorous advocacy before arbitral tribunals, national courts, and international administrative tribunals.
