Arbitration in Translation

We aim to promote consistency in international arbitration law by providing translations into English of key arbitration-related court decisions from major arbitral seats whose working language is not English. All of our translations are completed by professional legal translators and revised and approved by an experienced international arbitration practitioner. We do not believe in using artificial intelligence or automatic translations to complete translations of such complex, nuanced material. You will not find anything on our website that is not the product of extensive reflection and effort in producing a translation that captures legal nuances. The work on our website is our own.
