AGROTEC est le CRT (Centre de Ressources Technologiques) d’Agropole. Il contribue au développement des entreprises agroalimentaires de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Il possède en propre une plateforme technologique, des laboratoires d’analyses sensorielles accrédités COFRAC et physico-chimiques. Toute entreprise, artisan, agriculteur peut demander l’appui technique d’Agrotec pour l’assistance à la mise au point de produits, l’optimisation de procédés, l’accompagnement dans la mise en place ou le perfectionnement de systèmes qualité et traçabilité, les contrôles en ligne,… Les agriculteurs peuvent également demander la réalisation de tests consommateurs sur leurs produits transformés. La halle technologique équipée est un excellent outil pour réaliser des échantillons et des préséries pour des marchés tests sans investissements matériels pour l’entrepreneur.
