Growing & scaling a startup is one of the biggest challenges founders face. This is why I, Malak Karajah, created Growth Lab: to help startups grow sustainably with scalable growth strategies & frameworks, advisory & coaching. Offering 3 main services that can be shaped based on your startup's objective and requirements: 1- The Fractional CGO: I’ll be acting as your chief growth officer. You get my time and my experience for a fraction of my salary. The most hands-on service I offer The commitment typically is 2-3 hours per day, 3-4 days per week I’d be directly working with you & your team during set hours on a daily basis. I’ll be available for calls with you, your team or third-parties during those hours 2- The Advisory: The most flexible service I offer The commitment can be one hour or 300 hours - it could be for the whole business, or for a specific issue/objective We’d have an initial call so that I assess what you’d need. I’ll then send a proposal, get your feedback and tweak if needed. After you sign, we’ll be ready to kickoff This service includes (but isn’t limited to): Identifying growth blockers and opportunities through: - Auditing your online presence & techstack (web, app, marketplace, analytics, tools..) - Auditing your acquisition, retention, and monetization (revenue growth) efforts Auditing business performance, setting growth objectives, and creating growth strategies, experiments, frameworks & roadmaps Conversion rate optimization CRO): Looking at your user journeys and funnels to find leaks and opportunities to increase conversion rates at every step Advising on growth/marketing team structure and needed skill sets, as well as defining KPIs of each role 3- The Training: I’ll create a customized training for your growth/marketing team, based on available skill sets, on all things related to growth, automation, digital marketing, testing & experimentation.
