Agya Auto Springtech Suspensions is one of the leading automotive suspensions manufacturing companies in India. With over 30 years of experience under our belt, we are a supplier of choice for some of the major OEM commercial vehicles manufacturers for conventional leaf springs and parabolic springs. We currently have 2 manufacturing plants with a combined manufacturing capacity of 40,000 MT per annum. A decade ago, with the plan of vertical integration, we set up a 60,000 MT/annum rolling mill to process automotive long products for the springs and forging industry, we now plan to establish our own Electric Arc furnace based Alloy steel manufacturing plant by 2021. Apart from our strong focus on the OEM market we also have a significant aftermarket and export market sales network. Our distribution channel spans most states in India and through our channel partners we serve the aftermarket for a large variety of springs models in the Indian market. AAL exports complete and loose leaf springs and parabolic springs to the South African, Middle East and East European countries and can develop models as per customers demand in a short span of time. Our inhouse design and R&D team and development centre is competent in designing, testing & delivering suspensions solutions for a wide variety of commercial vehicles. Having a strong background in conventional springs design, we are now working towards building strategic designing capabilities for the parabolic springs to address future needs of our customers. We have made strategic investments in a fully automatic parabolic springs manufacturing line to expand into the future demands of the industry.
