We are a local ISO 9001 certified contract manufacturer of a broad range of products. From electrical enclosures and 19” racks. Location cabinets, GST’s, relay racks to structural Over Head Gantries. Through our quality, price and service we have been able to become preferred suppliers to some of the larger organisations such as United Group Rail, NOVO, JHG, Downer etc. We also have won the trust of on time delivery and service from our mainstream customers and can share references with you. In a nutshell, AH Fabrications is a ‘one stop shop’. We do all work in the one factory from cutting, bending, folding, welding, powder coating to full assembly (leaving very little to be outsourced, resulting in faster lead times but more importantly, much more effective pricing). We pride ourselves on service, quality and on-time delivery. We have a modern 3,000m2 factory facility specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, welding and powder coating. Whether you require simple sub-assembly of parts or fully assembled and packaged finished product - we design, manufacture, pack, warehouse and deliver products quickly and cost-effectively. We aim to stay ahead by continual acquisition of faster, more technologically smart manufacturing machines to allow us to keep our pricing competitive because of shorter set up times. We have recently increased a manufacturing capabilities with a 8kw fibre laser, capable off +40mm plate and a Laser beam line for Pipe/UB/Ibeam etc. Added to this we have also introduced FIPG technology ( Foam in place gasket for door seals)
