Expert user/ driver of PRIMAVERA Management and Scheduling Software (ver 3 to 18x) and other Project Management tools, PRONTO – Xi , Enterprise Management Solution, Workbench – Costing Database, SUN System – Accounting package, Microsoft Visual Basic, FoxPro / Dbase advance Programming, Microsoft Visual FoxPro, Microsoft Office, Cobol Advance Programming, AutoCAD, AdCadd (Surveying, COGO, Earthworks, Design), MicroStation (2D/3D), COREL50 (Graphics), and any word processors. An extensive experience in Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling and Site Costing. Preparing monthly financial status report, forecast cost against budget cost, overall controls and status of the project. Preparation, validation of Progress Claims and Invoices, Variation Request, Certificate of Payment but not limited to quantification of various items of work involved in the construction of the Project regarding actual quantities constructed necessary for progress billing. A wide experience in preparing contract/ bid documents, bid tabulation and quotation and awarding contracts to Sub-Contractors with compliance to QA/QC and HSE Company standard. Administering Sub-contractors, preparing Interim Payment Certificate, Variation Order and identify cost implication to the Project.
